Once the site of one of the last working tram depots in London, The Tramyard is a new-build residential development on the buzzing High Road in Balham. Consisting of a collection of 69 stylish apartments, duplexes & penthouses, the development has been brought to the market by award-winning developers, Joseph Homes.
These finely crafted homes reflect the site’s rich industrial heritage and the character of the local area, whilst tapping into the latest advances in sustainability, design and technology. Sleek, tasteful kitchens and bathrooms complement beautifully presented living areas, delivering a higher quality specification than your average residential project.
Working closely with Joseph Homes, Doorview were asked to specify and supply timber doors and ironmongery throughout the project. Sleek black-finished ironmongery on white painted doors were supplied to the internal areas of the apartments to achieve the monochrome aesthetic the developer was looking for. Veneered fire-rated doors were supplied to communal areas with PAS 24 rated entrance doors to every apartment. In addition, glazed steel doors and screens were supplied to the concierge area, to allow light to flood through into the internal areas.
